Total Head Office is one of the first office buildings in South Africa using open plan layout. An extra challenge was the fact that the project was being scheduled for 1 year. Due to various changes the handover of building was 6 months behind the schedule. If no other solution was in place the client had to pay a large premium to extend the existing lease. The design and the project management team were very successful in bringing the project back to the scheduled programme. The quality of the service  was highly appreciated and the client approached the team for additional work.
